After unloading and setting up your booth, vendors may park in the Walnut Street parking lot at Newton North High School, 457 Walnut Street, Newtonville, MA 02460. Vendors may also choose to locate parking on nearby side streets, but please carefully observe all posted parking signs and restrictions.
Booth Assignments
Booth assignments and locations are final. No requests for booth-location changes can be accommodated. If your plans have changed and you no longer require your booth, please let us know immediately. We have an active waitlist of vendors hoping to participate, and timely notice will allow us to offer an opening to another applicant.

All equipment and displays, including a tent with weights, tables, and chairs, must be provided by the participants.
Booth space is limited to a 10 X 10 foot space. Electricity is not available.
Please note that we do not have the resources to provide tables or tents for vendors; therefore, you are responsible for bringing your own table and a tent with weights to protect you from the sun or rain. Since it is usually windy in October, we strongly advise you to bring weights to hold down your tent.
Booth assignments will be distributed at the NAC tent at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Walnut Street, the Cooper Center for Active Living, at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Booth set-up begins at 10:15 AM and must be completed by 11:30 AM. The section of Walnut Street between Washington St. and Cabot Street will be closed to traffic and parking; you may enter Highland Avenue via Lowell Avenue to unload only. Parking for the event is available on Washington Street and surrounding streets.
All food vendors must have a permit from the Newton Health Department on file. For more information, please call 617-796-1420.
